Calling all “Mature” Netball Players
World Vintage Hockey would like to invite “more mature” netball members, players and past players to join them for a mix of sun, sea, sand and sport.
The 1st World Vintage Hockey Carnival is set to be staged in the Caribbean paradise Island, Barbados in October 2012. Requests from the Netball fraternity led to the decision to host a concurrent World Vintage Netball Carnival, an opportunity which could not be missed.
With fantastic netball facilities and a traditional passion for the sport in the Caribbean, netball enthusiasts from all corners of the world are invited to enjoy playing the sport they love while also taking in the beautiful sights, fun culture and memorable experiences that Barbados has to offer.
Vintage Netball, What’s it all about?
Vintage Netball is designed for mature Netball players, over the age of 35, who wish to continue their playing careers in exotic netball destinations. Teams are graded into age groups or according to their own assessment of ability, agility or experience. The Carnival will follow the International Federation of Netball Association's playing rules.
The carnival can be the ultimate experience for an avid mature netball player, who whilst never reaching representative status, can now “compete” against and relax in the company of similar aged netball people from all over the world in wonderful locations. You can even bring your partners and family along to enjoy the Vintage Netball Carnival experience with you.

How to Enter?
All participants are required to purchase one of the Carnival Packages which will include transfers to and from the airport, functions and various grades of accommodation. click here to download a manual registration form or to register online.
Teams can be from clubs and/ or associations or can be composite from a number of clubs. We welcome groups or individual players who may wish to be attached to a team.
