• Vintage Sports seek support and involvement from local sports authorities and sports clubs who are part of the planning of Vintage Sports Carnivals.
• Vintage Sports consults with local authorities at each venue to ensure that participants in Carnivals are welcomed by local communities and have access to top facilities.
• At each venue, a local organisation is engaged to ensure accommodation, functions and transfers are arranged to the satisfaction of all participants.
